Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all apps, plugins, websites, services, and other products published by Nonotami unless a specific product provides its own separate terms.
By using a Nonotami product, you agree to these Terms.
Common Sense First
Most Nonotami products exist because I wanted them to exist. They are built to solve problems, explore ideas, or make life easier. Some products are simple, some are complex, and many continue to evolve over time.
Please use them responsibly and lawfully.
License to Use
Unless otherwise stated, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nonotami products for their intended purposes.
This license does not grant ownership of the software, content, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, or source code.
Active Development
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products should be considered under active development.
Features may be added, modified, improved, replaced, or removed at any time.
Bug fixes, improvements, and updates are performed at my discretion and according to available time and priorities.
I do not publish roadmaps, guarantee future features, promise release dates, or commit to fixing specific bugs within any particular timeframe.
Suggestions are welcome, but their implementation is never guaranteed.
Availability
I make reasonable efforts to keep products functional and available.
However, products may occasionally contain bugs, errors, downtime, incomplete features, compatibility issues, or unexpected behavior.
Availability is not guaranteed.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use Nonotami products in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to:
- use products for unlawful activities;
- violate the rights of others;
- distribute malicious software;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- interfere with the operation of products or services;
- use products in a manner intended to harm, disrupt, exploit, or abuse others.
You remain solely responsible for your actions and for any content you create, upload, import, export, process, store, publish, or share.
User Content
Where products allow you to create, store, upload, import, export, or share content, ownership of that content remains with you or its respective owner.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use such content.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all software, designs, branding, documentation, graphics, text, logos, and related materials associated with Nonotami products remain the property of Nonotami or their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property ownership to you.
Third-Party Services
Some products may interact with third-party services, platforms, APIs, operating systems, app stores, hosting providers, payment processors, or other external providers.
Such services operate under their own terms, policies, and practices.
I am not responsible for the operation, availability, accuracy, security, or actions of third-party services.
Backups
You are responsible for maintaining backups of any information, content, files, settings, databases, or other materials important to you.
While many products are designed to preserve your data, data loss can occur due to software defects, hardware failures, operating-system issues, user actions, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond my control.

Nothing provided should be considered legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, professional, or other regulated advice.
